Rent a car? - Easy like sunday morning!!!

We appreciate your time, therefore the rental procedure
is easy as much as possible:

Stage 1.
Make a phone call or visit our office in order to inform us about your intention to rent the car.

Stage 2.
Meeting our manager. You should have your passport and the driver's license.

Stage 3.
Making an agreement. You will sign all necessary documents, after that you will pay a deposit, and the rental cost…

Rental rules and conditions for renting a car without driver

· The minimal age of Renter shall be 21 years.
· The renter should be in possession of a driving license for at least 2 years and a valid passport. The driving license must be valid for use in Belarus.

The necessary documents
For renting a car you must have next documents:
· your passport;
· your driver license, that you are in possession for 2 years and more.

Ways of payment
· cash;
· a credit card;
· charging to account.

Insurance Deposit and conditions of payment
The insurance deposit is obligatory and depends on model of the rented car. The insurance deposit is brought in the moment of signing of the contract and comes back to the Renter, at performance of treaty provisions, at the moment of car returning to Lessor.

To reserve a car
For a Client’s comfort we entered the next reserving system:
· if you want to reserve a car in 1-2 days you should just call us;
· if you want to reserve a car in a week before renting and more, you will pay a half of deposit’s cost. If you refuse from reserved car in 48 hours before the renting period you won’t have any punishments or penalties.

Gasoline
All cars for rent will be given to you with full tank of gasoline. Gasoline shall not be covered by the rates. If you return the vehicle with less than a full tank you will pay additionally 1,5 $ per litter.

Liability of Renter
The Renter’s responsibility is only about a deposit’s cost in case of carrying out an agreement. The Renter carries extra charges, in case security deposit is less then deductible insurance fee. Vehicle transportation, parking, etc is Renter's responsibility in case of possible damage accrued while driving out of Minsk.

Departure abroad
Departure abroad Belarus is not allowed.

Insurance
All our cars are insured. Any others payments for insurance from the Renter aren’t required.

Delivery/Collection
Delivery/ collection of a rented vehicle shall be carried out in Minsk city or in Minsk-2 International Airport. Free delivery and collection shall be only within the central part of Minsk or near our central office . On your request we can deliver the rented car to or collect at any address outside the city center but within city limits for an additional service charge of , or in airports of Minsk – it costs .

Attention!!!
Our company “VIP – cars for rent” has a right to refuse our potential Client to rent a car without any reason’s explanations!
